Kevin Casteel joined Strategic Real Estate partners, Bob Burdell and JR Wright, to create Strategic Development Partners. As Principal and Director of Development, Kevin is responsible for business procurement, site selection, development management, construction management, leasing, contract negotiation, and the day–to–day operations.
Prior to joining Strategic Development Partners, Kevin served as the Development Manager for Panattoni Development Company’s Atlanta office. In his role as Development Manager, he sourced new opportunities by building relationships with landowners, users, and the brokerage community. He was responsible for executing projects from conception to completion by coordinating with brokers, general contractors, tenants/users, lenders, and equity partners.
Prior to joining Panattoni, Kevin was the Financial Director for T.L. Hunt Development Company located in Tampa, Florida where he held several roles. He managed all aspects of the corporate and project accounting and was involved in development management, construction management, leasing, contract negotiations, and the day-to-day operations of the corporate office.
Kevin has been an essential part of the procurement and execution of numerous build to suits, speculative, and value-add projects.
