Sue serves as the Controller of Strategic Real Estate Partners, LLC. Her duties include overseeing financial statements and reporting both in-house and to outside owners and capital partners. Sue works closely with principals on acquisition, development, and disposition of development projects. She ensures the company is compliant with current financial regulations and handles overall accounting for Strategic Development projects.
Sue has 20 years of experience in full-service accounting for multiple service and business industries. Her previous roles include Project Manager for Yancey Construction and Meadows & Ohly. Sue possesses OSHA Certifications, OSHA 30, and US Army Corp of Engineers’ CQM for Contractors. Lastly, Sue has performed asset management and disposed of RTC-owned real estate in excess of $100 million.
