Will Crane is a Senior Associate at Strategic Real Estate Partners, LLC, where he is responsible for tenant representation, leasing/selling of industrial properties, land acquisitions, and investment sales. Will graduated from The University of the South in Sewanee, Tennessee, where he received a bachelor’s degree in International Business and a minor in Business/Economics.
Will’s interest in development first sparked in 2017 when he was introduced to the industrial real estate industry as a construction worker for Martin Concrete. On top of labor, he was responsible for the planning of the following day’s workflow and completion goals for numerous industrial projects. He later moved to the transactional side of real estate when he began working as a development associate intern, a position in which he set a sales record for new accounts. His responsibilities included sourcing leads, qualifying leads, setting up meetings with prospective clients, and participating in the presentation of the company’s service model. Will also worked at a sign manufacturing and distribution company where he was responsible for generating business as well as directly overseeing daily manufacturing and distribution processes. His duties also included performing Cash Flow scenarios on all real estate opportunities of existing and potential properties to identify and optimize the company’s future real estate structure.
Will’s extensive background in real estate combined with his interest in development has led him to his current position at SREP.
