After only a year and a day and having only extended one tenant’s lease, our team sold the facility to a 1031 exchange buyer.

Under-marketed and barely entitled, our team purchased the property after master-planning the development of a 200,000 SF distribution center during due diligence. Ninety days after purchasing the site, it was sold again to another developer.
